Intech Mechanical does commercial and industrial HVAC retro-fit, new install, plumbing and process piping for new construction, remodels and tenant improvements, hydronic piping, central plant installations and duct fabrication.
These projects are done on a design assist, design build or plan spec basis,
and our experience includes hospital and medical facilities, schools (new
and remodel), office complexes, laboratories, prisons, churches, industrial
process, food processing, data centers and manufacturing facilities.

Sutter General Hospital, Sacramento, CA
A $20 million project – This is a complete plumbing and mechanical remodel
while the facility remains operational (over a period of 4 years). A "coordination
feat", utilizing an innovative 3-d modeling program - Capturing existing
services and structures, then building the remodel in cyberspace, prior
to any actual hands-on work.
Hewlett Packard, Woodland, CA
This $1.2 million HVAC and plumbing project required a quick turn around.
The Intech team literally worked around the clock to complete this project
in just 60 days!
Mondavi Wine and Food Institute, Davis
CA
This is a $5 million plan spec plumbing project which consists of extensive
laboratory facilities with some classroom and administration areas, as
well. The shop drawing and coordination process took nearly nine months
as a result of the tremendous amount of piping being installed within minimal
space.
9th & J Lofts, Sacramento, CA
A $3 million design/build plumbing project – One of the first projects
in the area to utilize pre-cast concrete structures. This new concept
presented coordination challenges in routing the plumbing systems
to accommodate the pre-cast structure.
